Establish a learning environment for adult learners
What do we mean by this, “establishing a learning environment for adult learners?” Size and with a great design floor plan may affect the learning quality. Each year, depending on math subject, I always spend days creating my bulletins before first day of school. For adult learners, it may have a different set up: a resource center with manipulative, other texts, videos, computer with software, and more.
What is your idea of an establish learning environment for adult learners to appreciate when they walk in the first day of class and thereof?
